Terms & Conditions Advance Payment Agent

Definition

  • Voucher means a physical or digital document containing a unique voucher code which can be redeemed only once, entitled to our service offering during the redemption period stated on the voucher.
  • Treatment Starting Time means the beginning of the spa treatment. It is not related to the Onsen usage time.

Refund Policy

  • For voucher, purchased at agent price, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Once any part of the vouchers has been used, the remaining part of the voucher cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Booking Policy

  • For Onsen and spa packages, we recommend arriving at least 1 hour before your treatment starting time to fully enjoy first the Onsen facilities.
  • The use of Onsen services after receiving Aromatherapy Massage, Deep Sleep Head Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Office Syndrome Massage, Thai Balm Massage, Foot Massage, Herbal Compress Massage, Body Scrub and Facial Treatment, are not allowed in order to maintain the effectiveness of skincare treatment, while preventing treatment products on your skin from contaminating Onsen bath. Therefore, we recommend Onsen usage before these spa treatments.

  • You can reschedule your booking only once, provided the change is made at least 24 hours before the treatment starting time. The new treatment starting time must be scheduled within 30 days from the voucher issued date.
  • If you do not reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before your treatment starting time, the Company reserves the right to redeem your voucher.
  • If you arrived after treatment starting time, your spa treatment duration will be reduced accordingly, and the Company reserves the right to redeem the full treatment duration.
  • If you do not show up for your appointment, the Company reserves the right to redeem your voucher.

Voucher Redemption Policy

  • Voucher must be presented to the receptionist before receiving the service.
  • Each voucher is valid for one time redemption only.
  • ‘Onsen and Spa Package’ voucher must be redeemed in a single visit and cannot be used separately.
  • Voucher is valid at all Yunomori Onsen & Spa branches in Thailand, except for specific voucher purchased through specific campaigns, are valid only at designated branches.
  • The treatment specified on the voucher cannot be changed after purchase.
  • Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other on-going promotions and privileges.
  • An automatic email will be sent to you confirming the successful redemption of your voucher.
  • In case where voucher has been redeemed without customers knowledge. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the redemption email. The Company reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund requests for redeemed vouchers.
  • In case you are dissatisfied with the therapist, you must inform therapist within 15 minutes of treatment starting time, requesting a replacement therapist.
  • Voucher is non-redeemable for cash, either in whole or in part, and no change will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • The Company reserves the right to update, modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Under following circumstances, the Company reserves the right to deny the services to any individual:
    • who fails to comply with service terms and conditions.
    • whose age, sexual-orientation, qualifications, or other conditions of the customers do not comply with conditions as specified by Company.
    • where unforeseen circumstances arise due to reasons beyond Company’s control, may or may not due to customer’s fault. Timely rescheduling of the identical services will be provided.
  • NO CASH REFUNDS will be given for any cancellation.

  • เวลาเริ่มทรีตเมนต์ หมายถึง เวลาที่เริ่มต้นการทำทรีตเมนต์สปา ซึ่งไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับเวลาในการใช้บริการออนเซ็น

  • เวาเชอร์ หมายถึง เอกสารในรูปแบบกระดาษหรือดิจิทัลที่มีรหัสเฉพาะ สามารถใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียว เพื่อเข้ารับบริการตามที่ระบุไว้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดบนเวาเชอร์
  • เวลาเริ่มทรีตเมนต์ หมายถึง เวลาที่เริ่มต้นการทำทรีตเมนต์สปา ซึ่งไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับเวลาในการใช้บริการออนเซ็น

นโยบายการจอง

  • สำหรับแพ็กเกจออนเซ็นและสปา แนะนำให้มาถึงอย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มทรีตเมนต์ เพื่อเพลิดเพลินกับบริการออนเซ็นก่อนอย่างเต็มที่
  • ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้บริการออนเซ็น หลังจากรับบริการนวดอโรม่า นวดศีรษะดีพสลีพ นวดดีพทิชชู นวดออฟฟิศซินโดรม นวดไทยบาล์ม นวดเท้า นวดประคบสมุนไพร สครับผิว เเละทรีตเมนต์นวดหน้า เพื่อคงประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และป้องกันการปนเปื้อนของน้ำในบ่อออนเซ็น ดังนั้นแนะนำให้ใช้บริการออนเซ็นก่อนการทำทรีตเมนต์เหล่านี้

  • ท่านสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงเวลาการจองได้ 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น โดยต้องแจ้งเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มทรีตเมนต์ และเวลาเริ่มทรีตเมนต์ครั้งใหม่ต้องอยู่ภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ทางบริษัทส่งออกเวาเชอร์

  • หากท่านมาสายกว่ากำหนด บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตัดระยะเวลาการทำทรีตเมนต์ และถือว่าเวาเชอร์นั้นได้ถูกใช้สิทธิ์เต็มเวลาแล้ว
  • หากท่านไม่มารับบริการตามเวลาที่จอง บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการถือว่าเวาเชอร์นั้นถูกใช้งานแล้ว

นโยบายการใช้เวาเชอร์

  • ต้องแสดงเวาเชอร์ต่อพนักงานต้อนรับ ก่อนเข้ารับบริการ
  • เวาเชอร์ใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียวเท่านั้น
  • เวาเชอร์ ‘แพ็กเกจออนเซ็นและสปา’ ต้องใช้ภายในครั้งเดียว ไม่สามารถแยกใช้ได้
  • เวาเชอร์สามารถใช้ได้ที่ยูโนะโมริ ออนเซ็น แอนด์ สปา ทุกสาขาในประเทศไทย ยกเว้นกรณีที่มีการระบุให้ใช้ได้เฉพาะสาขาตามเงื่อนไขของแคมเปญ
  • ไม่สามารถขอเปลี่ยนแปลงทรีตเมนต์ที่ระบุบนเวาเชอร์ได้หลังการสั่งซื้อเสร็จสมบูรณ์
  • เวาเชอร์ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นหรือสิทธิพิเศษอื่น ๆ ได้
  • ระบบจะส่งอีเมลยืนยันการใช้เวาเชอร์ให้อัตโนมัติ หลังเวาเชอร์ถูกระบุสถานะเป็น ‘ใช้งานแล้ว’
  • กรณีที่เวาเชอร์ถูกใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากลูกค้า กรุณาติดต่อเราภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังจากได้รับอีเมลยืนยันการใช้ ทั้งนี้บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาคำร้องขอคืนเงิน
  • หากท่านไม่พึงพอใจกับพนักงานนวดที่ให้บริการ กรุณาแจ้งพนักงานนวดภายใน 15 นาทีหลังเริ่มทรีตเมนต์ เพื่อขอเปลี่ยนพนักงานนวด
  • เวาเชอร์ไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินได้ ไม่ว่าจะทั้งจำนวนหรือบางส่วน และไม่มีการทอนเงินในทุกกรณี

นโยบายการยกเลิก

  • บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับปรุง แก้ไข หรือยกเลิกเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
  • บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการให้บริการในเหตุต่อไปนี้
    • ผู้ที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของการให้บริการ
    • ผู้ที่มีอายุ เพศสภาพ หรือคุณสมบัติอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
    • กรณีเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัยซึ่งอยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัท ไม่ว่าจะเกิดจากลูกค้าหรือไม่ก็ตาม โดยจะมีการกำหนดเวลาใหม่ของบริการที่เหมือนกันให้อีกครั้ง
  • บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินสำหรับการยกเลิกบริการในทุกกรณี
