General Terms
- Valid for redemption at Yunomori Onsen & Spa Sukhumvit 26, Sathorn 10, and Pattaya only.
- Please present the voucher at reception upon arrival.
Each voucher is valid for one (1) redemption transaction only. - Advance reservation at least 2 days prior to your preferred service date is recommended.
Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or privileges. - Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in whole or in part. No change will be given.
Vouchers are non-transferable. - Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be reissued, replaced, extended, or compensated unless otherwise approved by the company on a case-by-case basis.
- Vouchers cannot be extended beyond the stated expiry date.
- Blackout dates, terms, and usage conditions are subject to change without prior notice and will follow the policies in effect at the time of redemption.
